I guess your point is valid enough, but this is much too long for a one-off joke. If it had stopped at the "anime" point, I think that would have been enough.

But who gives a shit what I think: my flash is still in development, and it probably won't get 1.2 million views in only about three years.

I think it got stretched out a bit too long and the scream at the end was not needed, but I like this one overall. Great punchline.

As much as I loved this

I fear it will not become especially popular because the story is somewhat flat (The twist in the end regarding the hero comes out of nowhere and the characters are not particularly compelling)
But the music, the art, everything else is just so ace that this deserved being hosted despite being bigger than the standard acceptable movie.

This really deserves to be more popular

This is THE overlooked movie on Newgrounds. I have no criticisms (I was going to say "I wish you'd textured your surfaces a bit more," but to be honest, I liked this simple style more. It gave it a certain character)

[Rise of the MK: Part 1]

The only sprite movie I watched more than once.

More sprite makers should take note and actually make their stories this compelling. And at least here the humor is a little dry in addition to the farty bits.
